Abstract

Introduction. Logistics activities of enterprises are a determining factor of their efficiency and competitiveness. In conditions of war, which causes disruption of supply chains, lack of resources and increasing uncertainty, the implementation of innovative approaches to the management of the quality of logistics processes becomes of particular importance. The decisive role in ensuring the stability of logistics systems is played by human capital - competent and motivated personnel capable of quickly adapting to environmental changes.

Research purpose. To develop an innovative mechanism for managing the quality of logistics activities of enterprises based on the development of human capital in conditions of war to increase the efficiency of processes and adaptability of supply systems.

Research methods. In the research process, methods of analysis and synthesis were used to systematize scientific approaches, comparison - to compare traditional and modern management models, a systems approach - to study the relationship between innovations and human capital. The modeling method was used to build an innovative management mechanism, and expert assessments - to form practical recommendations.

Results. It has been established that traditional logistics quality management systems do not provide adequate efficiency in crisis conditions. The integration of digital technologies, automated inventory management systems and analytical forecasting tools improves planning accuracy and reduces the risks of supply disruptions. The development of personnel competencies and motivation directly affects the quality of logistics processes. An innovative mechanism is proposed that combines technological solutions with the development of human capital, includes systematic employee training, digital monitoring of logistics flows and the use of key performance indicators (KPI): timeliness of deliveries, inventory levels, costs, staff productivity and customer satisfaction.

Prospects. Further research should be directed towards improving digital logistics management platforms, assessing staff efficiency in real time and using artificial intelligence to predict risks and form adaptive strategies that increase the resilience of logistics systems in crisis conditions.
