Exemption from publication fee

All editorial and publication procedures in the journal are carried out on a completely free-of-charge basis. Manuscript submission, peer review, editorial processing, publication, and open-access dissemination do not involve any fees for authors.

The journal follows a full open-access policy; therefore, all published materials are freely available to readers without registration or subscription. Printed copies of the journal can be obtained through a subscription system at any branch of Ukrposhta. This ensures the wide dissemination of scientific results, promotes their use in educational and research activities, and supports the principles of open science.

It should also be noted that the journal supports the development of early-career researchers and creates favorable conditions for their professional growth. In this context, a policy of financial accessibility is provided for third-cycle (doctoral) students. Scientific publications prepared by such applicants are published entirely free of charge.

This approach is aimed at supporting academic mobility, encouraging independent research activity, and ensuring equal access to scientific communication regardless of authors’ financial capacity.
