Анотація
Досліджено специфіку розвитку інноваційного процесу в площині міжнародних регіональних систем. Зокрема, розглядаються об’єктивні теоретичні основи та передумови утворення регіональних інноваційних систем в сучасній міжнародній економіці, формулюються узагальнення автора щодо архітектури регіональних інноваційних систем, площин їх взаємодії з національними інноваційними системами, виокремлюється новітня специфіка їх розвитку, що виявляється у формуванні кросс-кордонних інноваційних систем.
