The article explores the theoretical and applied principles of using innovative personnel motivation tools at enterprises that produce high-tech equipment. The importance of an effective motivation system in ensuring effective work activity, increasing labor productivity, product quality and competitiveness of enterprises in modern business conditions is substantiated. The functioning of the motivation system at LLC «Gas Equipment Plant «Alfa-Gazpromkomplekt», which specializes in the production of gas and high-tech equipment, is analyzed. It is established that the enterprise uses a complex of material and non-material incentives, the basis of which is the hourly-premium wage system, a system of professional training and opportunities for career development of employees. At the same time, a number of limitations in the functioning of the existing motivation system are identified, in particular, an insufficient level of differentiation of bonus payments depending on individual work results, limited use of modern non-material incentive tools and insufficient orientation of motivational mechanisms to achieving the strategic goals of the enterprise. The feasibility of improving the motivation system by introducing innovative incentive tools is substantiated, in particular, the use of key performance indicators, the development of corporate training and professional development programs, the introduction of employee achievement recognition systems, gamification elements, and internal programs to support innovative personnel initiatives. The implementation of the proposed approaches will contribute to increasing the level of employee involvement, activating their innovative activities, increasing labor productivity, and ensuring sustainable development of the enterprise in the face of modern economic challenges.
